Our Story

Our Story

Designed to gently open up our body, each flow is a journey to bring flexibility to our joints & connective tissues, & stillness to our minds.   

I started practicing yoga when I was pregnant with my first child 16 years ago. The impact it made on my pregnancy and birth physically was incredible, but it was the mental aspect of the practice that made me fall in love with it.

 

Yoga isn’t just a series of physical poses, it’s a lifestyle practice that gives you the tools to consciously cultivate your life.

 

After many years developing my personal practice I decided to pursue my teaching credentials. I wanted to give back to yoga and my community, to share the magic of yoga with those who may not yet have discovered it.

 

I am a registered 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher with additional 50 hour internationally recognised qualification in teaching Yin Yoga, a variant of yoga that benefits and is accessible all members of the community.

 

I am also a Mindfulness Meditation teacher and offer corporate classes in both Yin & Mindfulness as well as Sound Healing ans Ayurvedic Lifestyle Coaching.

 

I look forward to meeting you and sharing space on the mat together.
